That would have been eye-opening.

We're looking for more ISU content at www.collegefanz.com, the largest college sports site on the net.

I don't know if you're getting the views/comments that you deserve here. If not, consider checking out our free blogs, which come with an audience tailored specifically to college sports. You can even link back here in your entries, thereby creating more traffic to your original blog!

The reason I mention this is that I've been following the ISU program for a while (mainly the men's basketball team) and I'm trying to increase their presence on our site.

Take a look around and let me know what you think at mgleeson@collegefanz.com

MikeMikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08744961936484499190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684060493936630561.post-34265990477586682392009-03-23T15:28:00.000-06:002009-03-23T15:28:00.000-06:00To Idaho's credit, their president stepped up and ...To Idaho's credit, their president stepped up and provided some of the funding from his discretionary fund to host the game. I understand boosters also kicked in. You have to give the Vandals credit for stepping up to the plate -- hosting a post-season game is a step up for a program that has struggled mightily in recent years. That's one reason why I am opposed to the Big Sky cutting its tournament back to four teams -- I think the Bengals hosting and winning two conference tournament games in the last years is a big positive for the program. Next year, that opportunity probably won't be there, unless the Bengals win the regular season title.
--Brad B.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1684060493936630561.post-40034795779231722682009-03-23T13:51:00.000-06:002009-03-23T13:51:00.000-06:00General admission tickets for Idaho's game with Dr...General admission tickets for Idaho's game with Drake cost $10. Assuming it really was a "full house," Idaho grossed $15,000 for the game. It cost them $28,000 to host it.

Hey, it's only $13,000, right? The economy must be better up north.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
